Questions, answered.

Boat delivery, charters, captain for hire and captain training: the questions owners and guests ask us most.

  • When we depart, you get a private link. Open it on any phone to see where your boat is right now.

  • Sunscreen, towels, swimwear, and your food & drinks on The Escape. We provide the ice.

  • If weather makes the trip unsafe, we reschedule for free or refund you in full.

  • Of course. We have life jackets for all ages. Include them in your guest count.

  • Some policies require it. Check with your insurer and we'll send any documents they need.

  • Absolutely. Many owners start that way, and it's a great introduction to our Captain Training.

  • Training happens on your boat, because that's the boat you need to master. No boat yet? Ask us.

  • Most owners start with 2 hours and add sessions as needed. We'll recommend a plan after your first session.

  • Yes. Tell us how many people will train so we can price it correctly.

  • No. This is practical boat-handling training. It doesn't replace a USCG license or a state boating course.
