Privacy Policy

• Quote, contact and partner forms: your name, phone, email, preferred contact method and language, and the details you share about your trip or vessel (for example make, length, route, dates, group size and photos of the vessel). Partner applications also include company, license and vessel information.
• Bookings and waivers: the names of guests, emergency contacts, signatures and any information needed for safety.
• Seawise Academy (online course): your name, email and phone, and your lesson progress and quiz results, so you can pick up where you left off.
• WhatsApp, phone, SMS and email: the messages you send us and your contact details. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

When you visit the site we collect basic, aggregated analytics (such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and how you arrived) to understand what works and improve the site. We use [Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4 — confirm]. The site also stores small preferences in your browser, for example so a pop-up you closed does not appear again, and a secure cookie keeps you signed in to the online course.

• to plan, deliver and follow up on the services you book, including trip reminders and live tracking links;
• to process payments and keep required business records;
• to give you access to the online course;
• to ask for a review after a trip, which you are free to ignore;
• to keep the site secure and improve it.

We will only send you marketing messages if you agree to receive them, and every message lets you opt out.

We use trusted providers to run the business. They process information only on our behalf and for these purposes:

• Vercel: website hosting and analytics.
• Supabase: secure database and file storage for requests, bookings and the online course.
• Email and SMS providers [Resend and Twilio — confirm]: request notifications, confirmations and reminders.
• Payment processors [Stripe and ATH Móvil — confirm]: card and mobile payments. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Google Analytics, if enabled: site statistics.
• Meta (WhatsApp): messages you choose to send us on WhatsApp.

We may also share information with independent partners who operate part of a service you booked (for example a larger vessel for a group), only as needed for that service, and when required by law.

We keep requests and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and insurance obligations, generally [3] years, and then delete or anonymize them. Course accounts stay active while your lifetime access continues, unless you ask us to delete them.

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (unless we must keep it by law), and to stop any marketing. Write to info@seawiselogistics.com and we will respond within [30] days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you if a breach affects your information as required by law.

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. Minors' names on bookings and waivers are provided by a parent or guardian.
